Experience

As an industrial designer with experience in audiovisual production and manufacturing, including mold creation for mass production, my recent internship at SAP, one of the world's largest companies, has revolutionized my perspective and mindset. Combining my diverse background with a newfound passion for innovative design and technology integration, I am equipped with the right hard and soft skills to deliver exceptional solutions to modern problems.

SAP is the largest technology company in Europe and one of the most important in the world. With more than 150,000 employees, it develops software for companies such as Intel, CocaCola, BMW or Microsoft. Working as video and 3D assets creator, combing all my design thinking skills and adobe creative suit to create imersive and engagment content about the digital transformation of the organization for the elite customers of SAP.

Utilized my skills and knowledge to assist with reverse engineering projects in order to create 3d models ready for the mold-making process, which included the creation of the prototype using CNC, EDM, and WEDM machines.

Working as a Jewelry designer in product development and production for limited edition pieces. My duties also include taking over Graphic and Motion Design projects for the brand's social media accounts and website.

Volunteering

As a creative individual, I thrive on exposing myself to new environments and fields. I am always eager to learn and adapt to different processes and tools in order to accomplish any task assigned to me. With a relentless pursuit of excellence, I am committed to delivering results in the most professional manner possible.

I worked as a motion designer for a street art festival. My duties were designing, filming and editing the promotional video of the festival and delivering visually compelling animations and graphic elements.

Volunteered for TED X UAegean as an active member of the Branding team. My responsibilities included Motion Design for promotional videos and Branding projects for prints.

Education

Throughout my time at the University of the Aegean, I have been fortunate to learn from some of the brightest minds in the field of industrial design. The rigorous academic curriculum, combined with hands-on projects and collaborative experiences, has shaped me into a well-rounded professional ready to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

The Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering was founded in 2000, when it began its operation. It is part of the Polytechnic School of the University of the Aegean, based on the island of Syros. It is the first department of Design Engineering in Greece.
